Hey there!

I’m Kathy, the founder of Evole Hol, where I merge my passions of health & nutrition, integrative wellness solutions, and natural tools to help you achieve your wellness goals and Evolve into the best version of you!

After working in health and wellness for over twenty-five years I found myself feeling frustrated with being part of a system that was focused on illness vs prevention, temporary band aids for a ‘quick fix’ solution and a lack of understanding of the connection of a person’s mind, body and bio-individuality. This frustration prompted my decision to start my own wellness evolution studying the connection of nutrition, mind body medicine, energy healing & holistic tools, ultimately redirecting my personal and professional path.

Evolving in each moment, Body, Mind, Spirit, I live in my passion working 1:1 with patients to heal chronic illness and disease through functional nutrition and lifestyle counseling, leading meditation and sound healing sessions and retreats, educating about wellness topics and natural healing tools, volunteering & sharing these gifts with hospice patients, enjoying time with family, or on the beach surfing the waves of San Diego.
